All appointments are held with a credit card. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy, if you do not cancel within 24 hours we unfortunately must charge you the full price of the massage.
All appointments begin at the time scheduled. Please arrive five to ten minutes early, if you happen to be late your appointment will conclude at the scheduled time.
Knead reserves the right to reschedule you with a different therapist, if the therapist had an emergency or is sick. Knead will do everything in it's power to reschedule you with a comparable therapist.
Knead is able to provide such a quality massage by staying away from expensive spa treatments and focusing on what we do best.
Gratuity is a personal matter, however we have been asked several times about appropriate gratuity. The suggested and average gratuity is between $10-15 per hour.
